It is a kind of steel that is automatically processed and formed by a C-shaped steel forming machine, and the C-shaped steel forming machine can also automatically complete the forming process of C-shaped steel according to the given size of C-shaped steel.

 At present, galvanized C-shaped steel has been widely used in purlins, wall beams, etc. of steel structures, and can also be freely combined to form a light-weight roof truss, bracket and other building components. In addition, it is also used for columns and beams in machinery and light industry manufacturing.

Purlins of C-shaped steel can be divided into five specifications according to the height: 80, 100, 120, 140 and 160. The length can be determined according to the design of the project. However, considering the transportation and installation conditions, the total length is generally not more than 12m.

C-section steel is a type of section steel through cold bending forming technology. Its dimensional accuracy is very high, and all its surfaces are covered by zinc layer. Therefore, the zinc content of its surface is usually 120-275g / ㎡; Although the section size is light and light, it is very consistent with the stress characteristics of the roof purlin, so that the mechanical efficiency of the steel can be fully utilized. The use of profiled steel purlins can reduce the weight of the building roof, reduce the amount of steel used in the project, and have a beautiful appearance. It is a new building material to replace the traditional steel purlins.
