Product information of shaped steel pipe

Shaped seamless steel pipe is a general term for seamless steel pipe with a cross-sectional shape other than a round pipe. According to the different sizes of steel pipe cross-sectional shape, it can be divided into equal wall thickness shaped seamless steel pipe (code D), unequal wall thickness shaped seamless steel pipe (code BD), variable diameter shaped seamless steel pipe (code BJ).

Shaped seamless steel tubes include those with non-circular cross-sectional profile, equal wall thickness, variable wall thickness, variable diameter and variable wall thickness along the length, symmetrical and asymmetrical in cross-section, etc. Such as square, rectangular, conical, trapezoidal, spiral, etc.. Shaped steel pipe is more adaptable to the specificity of the use conditions, saving metal and improving the labor productivity of parts manufacturing.
