Galvanized steel wire adopts mixed plating and drawing process to produce ultra-high-strength galvanized steel wire.
The process flow is as follows: lead quenching—one drawing—pre-galvanizing—second drawing—final galvanizing—three drawing (dry drawing)—water tank drawing a finished steel wire. The above process can produce ultra-high-strength galvanized steel wire with a carbon content of 0.93-0.97%, a diameter of 0.26 mm, and a strength of 3921 N/mm2. During drawing, the zinc layer protects and lubricates the surface of the steel wire, and no wire breakage occurs during drawing.
Galvanized steel wire is mainly used for planting greenhouses, farms, cotton packaging, spring and wire rope manufacturing. It is suitable for cable-stayed bridge, sewage tank and other engineering structures with bad environmental conditions.
1. Durability: In the suburban environment, the standard anti-rust thickness of hot-dip galvanizing can be maintained for more than 30 years without repair; In urban or offshore areas, the standard galvanized antirust coating can be maintained for 15 years without repair.
2. Good reliability: the zinc coating is combined with steel metallurgy to become a part of the steel surface, and the coating is reliable.
3. Strong coating toughness: the galvanized layer of galvanized wire forms special metallographic structure, which can withstand mechanical damage during transportation and use.
4. Comprehensive protection: every part of the galvanized wire can be galvanized, and even the concave and sharp corners can be fully protected.
5. Save time and effort: the galvanizing process is faster than other painting methods, which can avoid the time required for painting at the construction site after installation.
